In the 21th century,
everybody has a cellphone in hand or pocket. People use a cellphone all day
long when they are awake and even use it whilst they sleep. Moreover, people
playing on their cellphone look down at the phone and never pay attention to
the world around them. For example, we often see people using the cellphone
while they eat at restaurant. The cellphone is a good tool when used properly,
at the same time we as a society should put down the cellphone, because if we
use our cellphones too much it could be bad for both our physical and social
health.
Supporters say cellphone use can make
life easier in addition to promoting the importance of connecting to each
other. However, some scientists have shown that people who use cellphones so
often are usually very lonely. For example, when I was working at a Chinese
restaurant, I saw two people eating food and using their cellphone at the same
time. Moreover, they never spoke to one another. They just held their phones
and ate. Another example is one of my friends named Ariel; she never puts down
her cellphone to talk when we are in public places with our social group.
Because of people using cellphones so often, they get left behind by society
and become lonely.

For instance, some students do not even know what new kind of technology is coming out or what kind of new invention has been created around the world. If people do not keep in check with the social world, they could loss attention around the real world. Cellphone use deeply affects people’s relationship between the real world and their social world. Prolonged use of cellphones can cause an addiction to the social world leading to a serious detachment from reality.

numerous health problem caused by cellphones. For example, people suffer from
injuries such as myopic, rachitic, or headaches. A few of my personal friends
have suffered from myopic because they use cellphones all day long and never
break from it. Some people say they use their cellphone to relax and that it
can be good for health. Yes, it can be good for you, also use cellphone too
long or too much is bad for you and lead to minor or serious injury. For
example, last week i saw on the news that a girl was killed in a car accident
because she was on her cellphone when she was crossing the intersection. This
is a serious, yet very common problem when people keep their eyes down on their
cellphones. In addition, studies show that cellphone use for extended periods
of time can cause cornea injury and can even lead to injury to your spine.
Everybody loves using their cellphone; no
matter how old they are. Yet, sometimes we should
just put down the phone because it could damage both our social and physical
health and it can affect people in the long term, and some results can be
permanent. In addition, people can control their social and physical health,
but do not let the cellphone control your social and physical health, because
they can be dangerous and ruin your life min the cyber world and the real world.
